Notion Template:Automatic mood Tracking and Statistics

0 ratings

A mood tracker is a valuable tool for recording a person's emotional state at regular intervals. It helps identify patterns in mood fluctuations influenced by various situations and circumstances. Particularly beneficial for individuals with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, mood trackers assist in mood regulation. However, they are useful tools for anyone noticing mood changes.

We offer three versions of the mood Tracking Notion Template, each with the following features:

1. Free Version:

  • One-click Daily Mood Recording: Quickly capture your mood with a single click, ensuring seamless tracking of your emotional states.
  • Monthly Mood Board and Data Statistics: View your moods in a calendar format, with automatic monthly tallying of each mood type, providing insights into your emotional well-being over time.

2. V1:

  • One-click Instant Mood Recording: Quickly capture your mood with a single click, ensuring seamless tracking of your emotional states. Compared to the free version, version 1 records momentary moods rather than just daily moods.
  • Daily Mood Trajectory and Automatic Score Calculation: Visualize your daily mood changes and get automatic mood scores to monitor your emotional patterns easily.
  • Monthly Mood Board and Data Statistics: View your moods in a calendar format, with automatic monthly tallying of each mood type, providing insights into your emotional well-being over time.
  • Six-month Mood Heatmap Display: Use the six-month heatmap to identify and analyze long-term trends in your mood, helping you to understand and manage your emotions better.

Furthermore, our template is designed with a clear separation of data and views, enhancing its efficiency.

3. V2:

Notion official has recently added a chart display feature, and we have also included this feature in version 2. We present the daily mood scores (average scores) in chart form, allowing you to visualize the ups and downs of your mood more intuitively. The good news is that this version is priced the same as version 1.

How to Use

  1. Copy the template into your personal space.
  2. Go to the [DataBase]Mood List and delete all the data.
  3. If you want to record new mood data for the month, go to the [DataBase]Mood Statistics and copy a new row there. Do not create a new board directly on the homepage or in the database!
